We have a saying at RWT, “You need to buy a filter ...or you become a filter.” While this sounds humorous, in fact, it is very serious. The human body collects and stores many of these chemicals and heavy metals. Research shows that many of those contaminants lead to many various cancers and chronic conditions.

RWT was founded by Bill & Dolores Robertson and the torch was handed to their son Mark Robertson who has been in the family business for over 35 years. With over 18,000 customers, it is easy to see why RainSoft has awarded Mark and family every award possible. With great attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction, the Robertson’s have built a business that helps their clients live healthier more productive lives!

Mark’s daughters , Amanda & Teall, are running the business on a day to day basis. From management to customer service they bring a softer side to Robertson Water Treatment. Also leading our customer service efforts is Shane Pendergrast, who has been with us for over 14 years.
